i'm having the same trouble with adobe acrobat reader pro 10 and i have purchase a license but when i reinstall the CS6 package it wont activate my adobe acrobat reader pro 10 and i tried to look for the offline activation but it needs the request code but i cant find ways to ask for the request code.
